It seems to me that those speaking against Castro are those who never visited Cuba. Only know what the American propaganda machine has pumped out. That info was provided by an American government that was shown how stupid it really was and is.

Castro went begging on the streets in NYC for funds to start his revolution, and the Americans were generous. When Castro succeeded, they (US) cheered and gave thanks because that Castro was able to rid Cuba of the gambling casinos and the riff-raff from Cuba and mainly the US, who operated them. They took in big money but did nothing to help the ordinary Cuban.

The American mafia ran the gambling operations. They were kind enough buy up 80% of the arable land in Cuba which left nothing for the common people. Thankyou Castro for making a wrong right.

Americans have been using democracy as a reason for trying to destroy Cuba. It's a poor excuse to get your boots into another country that you will screw up again and again.
