Roger, rather than threaten to ban people, and in consideration that so many here have expressed the feelings of being offended simply for their opinions, and have protested about the goings on, would it not be better to address the underlying problem rather than pretend it does not exist so that people do not feel the way they do? I have noted that each and every time a complaint is registered, it is simply denied, ignored and left unaddressed or it is stated that it is wrong. The opposition to this appraoch has been overwhelming considering the disproportion for those not on your side. I think those who have been attacked beyond any acceptable level should in the very least be acknowledged in their valid concerns but would argue should be protected by the moderaotrs for their being a minority.
Finally, I would note that I have repeatedly see you respond to things you do not like coming from one side. However, I have NEVER seen you chastise a single person on the other side no mattrer how far it goes and I know you are seeing what is going on. The result is an obvious impartiality that bothers eveyone not on your side of the fence and probably some on your side of the fence as well. The slash and burn result is a complete lack of moderating and a resulting bias in one direction, simply the unavoidable conclusion. While your advocating strongly for your side is certainly admirable, I feel that your duty as moderator should take precedent. You are free to chastise me once again for being critical of what I see or ban me if you see fit, but ignoring the situation simply reflects bad upon you, the board and miyard in general. This is just my opinion.
