The Maverick is apparently getting a little old. He has been a no show on the campaign trail for two days in a row now, which is pretty strange for a candidate that has some ground to recover with one month left in the race. In fact, his whole campaign has been spotty, calling off this and that, suspending here and there, he hasn't been steady and consistent at all. I hope he's OK, maybe he isn't feeling well, or maybe he just needs a few days rest so he can try to appear semi-energetic in the debate on Tuesday? It must be tough to be 72 with such a history of health problems and having to campaign and compete against someone younger like Obama. Come to think of it, it would be pretty rough to be that old and be president to, I hear the president has a pretty rigorous schedule....
I think the Maverick has seen better days...
