If you want my take on this, here it is. Any time FOX can get SHOT and OBAMA into one sentence it's good with them. BB gun or not, they are able to plant a seed with their headline. Palin says "Obama pals around with terrorists", Fox make up a bogus headline containing the words "Obama and SHOT", it may sound outrageous to some, but what McCain/Palin and FOX news has been saying lately makes it pretty clear to me that they want something bad to happen to Obama, and they are completely willing to try and plant the seeds in the mind of any crazy they can incite to act....
