Not since during the debate she talked about expanding the VP role as Chaney has somehow done. Biden clearly said what the VP role is and that a VP can only vote to break a tie. The role is outlined in the Constitution. I hope Barak can get it all back to the way our Forefathers made it. They made it that way for a reason.
