You should take note that the concept of "Innocent until proven guilty" has nothing to do with this issue as it is simply not a criminal matter. It is a coting rights matter. Whilethere may be criminal inquiries that arise out of it, it jsut is not an issue here. And then, even if a criminal matter, that principle does NOT stop the inquiry or the gathering of evidence.
