"Manic depressive" or a "rat". In passing you negative judgments upon me, you say more about you and your negativity than you do me. I sincerely hope that your spirit receives some positive energy today. It is sad that you are filled with such negativity to fee the need to say such things. It is this that you do and as I and other have done among other things to have opened my eyes. Why put out such negative energy on a beautiful new day? It is sad that this is how you start that day. I am sorry you have such negative energy this morning and hope your day improves.

While this is unkind and unnecessary, as I have stated, I made a decision to be in a positive place after a week of reflection, a kick in the rear from severl good friends, thanks Lola and nearly a year of hate and anger, first in the Democratic primaries, and now in the general election. I was also affected when I saw how upset many of you folks made another boardie here and how it sickened them which began my toning things down. The hate has been rampant here and everywhere, has been divisive and has created your very negative energy and intended cruelty.

I decided to refocus and move ahead. I will not let your negative energies which you exude or anyone else's interfere with that. I also have decided that as others around here have behaved as visiously and cruel as I have at times, if not moreso in many instances, it is only fair that I remeber that perhaps they are not the evil and nasty people they have portrayed and as you have portrayed here. I can only hope the horrifying way that many of us have behaved is due to politics and not something more deep rooted. But only time will tell.

For me, I am happy that my cconvictions have won over my emotions and has granted me liberation and peace.
