sorry to post this here but i am not a member over there, i just read it.

under normal circumstances, i would not make mention of this here atal, but dellie knows JaNate, and i hope he does not mind.

most people that post here, post over there....so this is for all of you.

if everyone is already not aware of the situation with JaNate and his son, it would behoove ones to read about him.
to make a long story short, he had a youth by a jamaican girl and is in the process of getting the youth's passport so he can bring the youth home to the states. the US people are requiring that he take a second dna test through their labs before they will give final approval for the youth's passport. he ran short of funds and kind of made a general plea for assistance until he could get back to the states.

I AM SO SO OVERWHELMED at the goodness of people's hearts. even in these times of economic insecurity and with everyone having to pinch pennies just to buy milk and bread, the response to this fine young man has been like something i have never seen on the outernet.

each and every one of you that have dropped what they were doing to assist JaNate are just the best people i have ever seen.

we may all have a vibe now and then (particularly about this election), but to see one and ones put all differences aside and reach out to this father and son, makes everything else seem so insignificant.

to all of you, and you know who you are, that have reached out and touched JaNate and his son....well you truly have rasta hearts. and i want you all to know that even though i do not know you, and even though i have yet to go to jamaica, i think you are a great bunch of people. simply overwhelming vibrations i am feeling this evening to see the goodness of one's hearts.

you will truly be blessed.
