LOL, Jan, I remember travelling in Europe by train in the mid 80s and seeing Ronald Reagan's face on the front pages of all the newspapers, with a quote alongside it. I had to ask someone in Switzerland to translate it for me and that person told me, in perfect English, that it read: "We begin bombing in 5 minutes." He didn't know that the mic was on & was "joking around." Althought the Europeans didn't think it was too funny. . .neither did I. . .I was utterly embarrassed. . .
