Not defedning her approach, I will say that there is much to say about what happens to civilizations who fragmented by non-assimilation, enough that the issue is a legitimate one of debate. Until recenlty, the American way was one of a "melting pot", not a patchwork of cultures which does cause fragmentation of a common society. I am not sure where I stand on that issue.
