Strange, don't you think, that Davy was concerned about unfair taxation taking things that belong to others, and about the constraints of the Constitution? He seems to have had no problems taking virtually everything from many nations of people, frequently killing them in the process. And what about the Mexican Constitution?

I know, these are silly quibbles. Those folks were not REAL Americans.
