Republican Carl Rove's last forecast prior to election day gives 338 electoral votes to Barack Obama and reserves 200 for John McCain. He predicts wins of IN and ND for McCain by a mere 1% while also calling NC and MO for him but there by ZERO percent. I'm thinking from a quick look at the legend that these 4 states should have been "yellow" but then again so should have FL which Rove lists for Obama by just 2%. Given this, the figures should be 311 Obama, 67 tossup (under 3%) and 160 McCain. So even throwing all 5 tossups to John, it's over at 311-227.
