Why did this suit have to wait until the eve of the election???

I don't get it. They have no private right of action here. If ANYONE were to bring this suit, it should be the Attorney General/DOJ (not that I'd put it past them, considering).

They just don't want early VA results going to Obama and skewing the votes of Repubs in other parts of the country. I think calling this sham lame is an unspeakable understatement!
