Saw this on the ballot of our neighbors:

BOSTON—People caught in Massachusetts with 1 ounce or less of marijuana would no longer face criminal penalties under an initiative now in the hands of voters.

The ballot measure would instead require those found with the drug to give up the pot and pay a $100 civil fine.

Will it pass????
