Sorry, while it was a very good speech it will take more than that for me to forgive him. He and he alone was responsible for getting that crowd to boo at the very mention of President-elect Obama's name and to yell bullshit at the thought of coming together as a nation. There have been many posts pointing out the many failings of the Republican candidates and asking if they had been black, would they have still been running close in the polls to white candidates. Well I'd like to play the same game but to reverse things the other way. Let's say for the last 6 weeks Obama and Biden had accused McCain of paling around with a KKK member. Or if Obama had accused McCain of being a devil worshiper or having one as his minister. Or perhaps Barack could have said that McCain wouldn't/couldn't defend America from an attack from an enemy. Now the election is over and the loser, Barack, makes a speech telling all of us everything is fine and we should unite behind a traitorish, KKK sympathiser who worships the devil. Uh, uh. I don't think so. For me, it will take a number of similar speeches to his inflamed followers before I have a kind word to say about that lowlife. He's got 48% of America thinking their world will end next January. He's got to convince them that Obama merely is taking a different path towards doing what's best for all Americans.
