Ricky makes a curry fish recipe pretty similar and he loves it. A local Thai restaurant also makes something very close and many of the Jamaicans in town go there just for this dish. I might try this recipe just to show Ricky I can cook fish, too! lol...I'm not into cooking things with eyes still looking at me but I might give it a try.
