The logo on the bus resulted in a Google which found http://www.psdpjamaica.com/ the Private Sector Development Programme a project co-funded by the EU and the Government of Jamaica to promote it’s overall socio-economic development. A link took me to their 'grant calculator' and basically it looks like they can grant up to about 1/3 of a project's moneys. OK, Pirate who gave the other 2/3 ?
