So did you just throw any whole coconut into a hole and water it or is there some horticulturist technique that I need to hear? Also in the lingo of the seasoned traveler, does 'last year' refer to like Spring 2008 ('your' last 'stay') or sometime in 2007 (as it's still 2008 by the calendar)? Just trying to pin down how old your likkle trees are.
In a return of agricultural intelligence here, the attached picture is of Papaya trees grown from seed since April 2008! I'm sure to be planting one of these this winter just to say it's MINE.
