then you are loading the page from the cache on you hard drive, you need to force a refresh, holding the CTRL key while loading a link or hitting the refresh button forces a refresh in IE, not sure if it does in FireFox or not. You might want to clear your FireFox cache if you cant get it to force a refresh...
