Including Bluefields Bay and Black River Bay. It is not clear how the "management" occurs or what being in the sanctuary means. I hope it helps preserve the fish populations. So many Jamaicans depend on fish for food and money. If the fish populations continues to decline, there will not be enough for either eating or selling.
