It was hard to find the old Wailers in this line up, only Family Man Barrett remains. And it was really difficult to accept a white guy from Los Angeles as lead singer. I was able to spot one Rasta behind the scenes at the end.
The band's renditions of Exodus were fine, though the lead singer got on my nerves as he kept up too long on people needing to dance, clap, etc. To me, if the music is good, the dancing, clapping will occur.
I really didn't care for their new stuff, which seemed mainly written by the lead singer, tho they mainly kept to Bob Marley.
I guess the times, they are a changing......
It was good to hear reggae music, nonetheless.
