If the story details are fact not fiction then Luciano needs to be charged and prosecuted, as Freckles getting beat down and slashing is a serious matter. There are so many artists who front a conscious vibe and really quite the opposite. Violence begets violence. Think of the anguish this poor engineer had to deal with knowing he would be ridiculed if he spoke out against Luciano for the torture he had to endure, mentally and physically. The reality is the camps surrounding reggae stars have to protect their interests with families to feed and must provide for them no matter how stressful.
