wow, that sounds so good. I got some peanut porridge at one of the fast food restaurants between Santa Cruz and Kingston and didn't expect much given the type of restaurant. It was excellent! I wish I could remember the name of the place, fairly large, looks like a typical fast food restaurant outside but had an upstairs with pool tables and a little stage. Man, I am hooked on the peanut porridge. Does anyone have a good recipe? Bro Ricky only makes corn or banana porridge so I am on my own.
