In most of New York, in fact most of the northeast, the majority of the audience, at least 90% are Jamaicans... Before Dean Frazier refused to tour with Luciano again, on stage he made rather totally disrespectful hand gestures towards Luciano right behind him, repeatedly pinching his thumb and forefinger above (but behind) Luciano's head. Dean Frazier has been coming to NY, CT, NJ, MA for something like 40 years now, with many many reggae stars, including Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, Marcia Griffiths, Beres Hammond, just about ALL performers, etc. In all of the many shows I have attended, not even ONCE had I ever witnessed Dean Frazier disrespecting a singer like I have witnessed him disrespecting Luciano -- and like ONE FOOT behind the singer with the band watching and laughing. It seems like there is always some kind of "payment" issues on alot of the tours, as far as the band members.
