Shaggy's tour made its way to Mpls last night. I managed a near-perfect ever-evolving dead-center fifth or sixth row slot in an ulta-tiny venue. His popularity with the ladies cannot be overstated. Shaggy pretty much let the ladies sing "Angel" by themselves. The song apparently speaks to a lot of women. Oddly enough his set included the old Mungo Jerry song "In The Summertime."
