Yes, it is good in some ways- sadly that dollar amount is the equivalent of about $150,000 American dollars. Not much for someone's life and the policeman so far has not been tried- evidently that will happen later this month.

The other concern is Brenda will most likely never be paid as it will be appealed and the government is broke.

One can hope and as Chronixx says "who knows"

I am going down again next week to photograph for Lloyd Stanbury's book. It will be interesting to hear the word in Kingston.
