When will this end...brutal killings on the West End of Negril.

I feel so bad for the long time local people who have lived peacefully there for generations, now fearing for their lives.

A businessman was shot and killed by unknown assailants at his home in Negril, Westmoreland last night.

Dead is 45-year-old Guesthouse operator Crawford Brown of West End, Negril.

Reports are that about 11 p.m., brown rode his bicycle home after playing dominoes with friends in the community.

It is further reported that as brown was about to enter his house, he was pounced upon by two masked, gunmen, who ordered him inside.

The gunmen allegedly took the businessman into the bathroom where he was shot in the head.

He was also reportedly robbed of an undetermined sum of money.

The Negril police are investigating.
