First day of the Fest. started out slowly but as the the day goes on it picked up and things started to fall into place. There were a lot of sympathy for the organizers because people knew that the event was put together over a short time.

I would say the venue was ready and the layout was great. The Rasta village has some great display. I think if you were there on the first day base on what you see on the first day you would be looking to go back today not withstanding the weather.

The rain came late in the day but it was welcome by some others felt a little unease because of muddy feet and wet clothes. It also brought people closer in some sense as witness by this picture

Many people I talk to was very encouraged by the turn out. There were lots of hope that next year will be better and HighTime will be back.

Lot more to be said but getting ready to go back today..
