about her recent trip to Haiti.. so very sad... one of my grad students works in the Dominican Republic adjacent to Haiti & has told me some very sorry stories. Good for you Firemon (Goodwill Ambassador). The water problem world wide is so unreal -- too bad the government doesn't do more -- it seems that our goals are more towards supporting a government whose country has natural resources we are after. Someone that I work with lives to work in the field of bringing fresh water to (mostly) African countries but other countries as well. I will post the link to her organization tomorrow.
