What about this guy. This guy, Yale grad and skull & bones member, in his infinite wisdom let Bear Stearns audit themselves instead of using an outside auditor. The man is William H Donaldson, former SEC chairman. He also let the five big brokerages Bear, Goldman, Merill, etc increase the amount of leverage they were using from 12-1 to 40-1.

Yet nobody mentions this guy.
