Firemon, having $250K in savings does not mean a person is rich! It sounds like a lot of money, and none of us would turn it down, but it doesn't buy what it used to. If you have $250K in the bank right now, you would need to hold your spending to 4% per year to make it last the rest of your life. Does $10,000 sound like rich?

Every one of us can have $250K and more in the bank if we want. Do YOU want it? If you don't, then everything is fine. There's no reason others shouldn't have it if they want it. The more we can create and circulate value, the more people that can benefit from it.
