I think there is more than ample evidence to suggest that this is a "World Wide Financial Crisis" that we are facing now and not simply a US problem. That being said, I think it reasonable to consider how the rest of the world views our choice of canidates as this will have a major impact on their confidence in our financial leadership. Right now the rest of the world is extremely nervous witnessed by the financial collapses of banking and trading companies in Europe, Asia and other far-flung countries around the world.
In the McCain/Palin ticket they see an angry war-mongering 50s style leader who wants to strut and bluster his way across the world stage. Threatening here and mocking there with no intention of changing the "with us or against us" policies of "W" who has done us such a disservice in how we are viewed outside our borders. Along side him is a neophyte self-described "Soccer Mom" and "Joe Six Pack" that has virtually no foreign experience and who is great with "talking points" but can't think on her feet. And that "hearbeat away" realization scares virtually everyone, everywhere with the cancer-ravaged leader of the ticket a Vegas bet to not fulfill his full term.
Barack Obama may be young and inexperienced but, compared to the choices that are our alternatives, he and Joe Biden are head and shoulders above that crowd. And, if McCain/Palin are successful in tearing down Obama using slash and burn tactics, what does that leave us with? Ask yourself that question. Both sides here are well versed with the "talking points" expelled by both sides but think about America first. The rest of the World second. The Political Parties LAST.
