greetings all

if one and ones recall, i did make mention several weeks ago that race was and issue and would become more prevalent as the campaigning for the presidency went on.

needless to say.....

palin, in the olden days, would have been the one that would have led the witch hunts.
she is divisive and wicked, and runs her mouth without thinking....or PERHAPS she runs her mouth because she HAS thought...in this particular campaign.

and mccain did not help the shituation at all.

trust that i realize that their racist mentalities are coming more to the front the closer they come to november 4.
but they are breeding hatred much more dangerously than i have ever seen a political party breed hatred before.

since they have gone on their terroristmakingobamasnameabigthingracistcampaign vibe, i have seen and heard things come out of ones mouths that i never thought i would hear in mixed company again. it feels like i am back in the middle of the civil rights movement and that we have to start moving in packs again in order to protect each other from their madness.

even at work...this morning the man that comes to change our fryers was mouthing off racist remarks left and right as if those of us that were there did not exist and could not hear him. i did call him on it. i was so angry that he came out of his mouth with his comments on such a level of hate that i wanted to stick my butcher knife in his throat.

i realize that the republicans are running scared, but their comments and actions are causing a dissention that i have not seen in years amongst ones because they are running on hate.

get this people.....all you republicans out there.....this land was primarily built off the blood and the backs of the africans that were dragged here in chains...along with the chinese and the irish and the italians.....but primarily ones that are from old money got that money because slavery helped make them rich. black people have just as much right to be elected to the highest office in the land as a caucasion.

i fear that if this "talk" continues in the vein that it is being presented in, that there is going to be a lot of trouble.

and quit saying that if obama gets elected he will be assassinated. STOP saying that.

all this "STUFF" makes me want to dust off my black leather jacket and stand post with my automatic...just like in the old days. i will not, but if pushed...i will pick it up in a heartbeat.

i do not like feeling like this.
but in this town, the vibe is getting bad, and i fear trouble if someone does not TAME palin's tongue and get john mccain to stop smirking when he tries to make up for the divisive comments his campaign is perpetrating.

i for one, will march along with my fellow students from the campus of WSSU on this thursday to start off the early vote. i am sure we will meet with some trouble along the three mile march, but trust me, there are enough of us old school panthers, and civil rights activists that we will be able to handle it.

i said it would happen, but i was hoping in my heart that it would not. maccain/palin started this mess, and if they do not stop it, there is going to be trouble. the murmurings have already begun....and i....well this sis will be on the front line.

lets open our eyes and try to keep everything level....racisim does exist RAY and it is rampant in this campaign....and your REPUBLICAN party started it. two possible presidential and vice presidential candidates running from your side and both have been investigated for various runnings and have not even gotton a slap on the hand.

i tell ya, if they get elected, i am going to do my best to leave the country as soon as i graduate....rather be anywhere than here if we have another four years of the bush's running things from behind the scenes.

i am not ranting.
i am just really really pissed.
