I disagree totally. Regardless of how much attention Democrats have or had not paid to the Caribbean REPUBLICANS have paid a lot of attention over the years. Reagan and Seaga worked together and tore Jamaica apart. My first couple trips to JA were during the Reagan re-election in '84 and people all over Jamaica were bumbaclotting Reagan, the phrase "Reagan and Seaga" was very common to come before a litany of complaints about the state of their nation....
