John McStain's campaign sued Virginia's electoral board today, hours before the election, seeking to force the state to count late-arriving overseas military ballots.
The lawsuit asks a federal judge to order the State Board of Elections to count any overseas absentee ballots sent by November 4 and received by local election officials as late as November 14.

This is what I was talking about in my post below. The cutoff is the cutoff, but McStain wants to exted this for 10 more days.
Hey I'm all for working together after this rolls out, but the crimes that have been comitted up to now MUST be investigated. Had Bill Clinton done that after 2000 we would not be having these problems today.
