I was nowhere near a tv, phone or internet during Inauguration Day, however, that night we drove into Kingston to see the playbacks on t.v. After reading your wonderful report, I can only imagine how incredible it was to be there. The only benefit of the tv was to see things up close in a warm environment. There was dancing in the streets in Jamaica. If I couldn't be actually in DC for this event, being in Jamaica was second best. When I saw all the people who were there braving the cold and cheering, I was overwhelmed with joy...joy to the world.
