Mr. Gilliford Scott owns thousands of acres along the coastline. He was at Winnifred with his horses. Mr. Scott is trying hard to preserve the land from developers who have offered him millions to sell, however, he is a compulsive environmentalist and is doing his part to keep nature in control.
