Cooling out while lunch is being cooked. Scott is a regular at Sea Riv. He is also from Austin and it is so cool to see him every year. He owns a snow cone stand in the Hill Country outside Austin. He says his business is greater than ever. The slowdown in the economy only made snowcones more popular. He closes four months of the year.
