My co workers and I were trying to calculate how many miles she would have had to swim each day and we were coming up with a pretty impossible number, almost 100 miles per day. I had noted the Cape Verde start but figured that was ok with folks who knew.

Oh well, I guess that means the record is still availabe to anyone who wants to give it a try.
