Unfortunately, I too fall victim to the sh-tstem brainwash and can read negativity into words or images just like everyone else. The image of a heart organ in a hand instead of in a chest, brings to mind death not life to me. Like if I was doing word association my first upon viewing that image would be along the lines of Kali-mah (India Goddess of death supp can rip your heart out while you're conscious-credit Indiana Jones) or at best, car crash organ donor.

This is just ONE OPINION and not to say it would associate in this way with anyone or everyone that views it.

Now that you explained its significance it is meaningful in a good way-let's hope all that view the image are aware of its intended associations.
