He sells WAY !!!! more than 50 patties most of the time . When he gets to Yellowbird he very seldom would have more than 10-15 left and they would be gone when he left . I would say he sold 100 or more on lots of days . When he walks past all the regulars he very seldom doesn't sell many , because of reputation alone . He also sells at events in non tourist areas like soccer matches and cricket matches etc. Neville is a very good businessman and worked hard at it . His PR work alone sold him a mountain of patties .He has chicken , beef and veggie patties ...do you really think that he would come all the way from Grange hill with a hand full of goods ? Marcia ,at Yellowbird takes only what her husband catches and cakes . She knows that each day it is important not to go home without inventory . These vendors like the 2 I mentioned are NOT !!!!! the beach bums that I hate so much , they are/were TRUE !!!! employees of the beach culture !!! How often do you see someone buying ONLY !!! 1 pattie . THAT'S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE !!!! They are only a buck !!!
