You got that right Lola...I will not be hiring any law clerks, secretaries or attorneys when I get cheap labor overseas. They can do just about anything I need. India has a wealth of folks who draft, research, do document review and the such. Then you simply add your mark-up for these services. You contract prices with clients at the prevailing rate and the fees they charge over there are far less.
The spread is pure profit and no emplyee taxes. Secretarial work can be handled on an outsourced basis now as well...typing, dictation and the such. With the prevailing attitude as it is, I say screw it. Then I don't have to listen about benefits and all that crap. I simply am not interested in paying the high payroll taxes and extra bookkeeping and will avoid doing so unitl something dictates otherwise.
