No Ray, you should "look". When Palin says "terrorist" people are clearly thinking OSAMA BIN LADEN, that's why people are yelling things like "treason" and "kill him" when she says it. We all know there has been a smear campaign falsely calling Obama a Moslem, and this "palling with terrorists" crap is out there to link Obama to Bin Laden in the minds of people. There are crazies out there in the world and rhetoric like this could very well incite them to violence (against Obama), THIS is the issue I am speaking of.
What I heard about Obama's political "coming out" party was that it was at some reverends house. About this meeting you keep talking about, the Chicago Sun Times said on April 18th 2008,
"In the mid-1990s, Ayers and Dohrn hosted a meet-and-greet at their house to introduce Obama to their neighbors during his first run for the Illinois Senate. In 2001, Ayers contributed $200 to Obama's campaign."
WOW, stop the presses, the guy introduced him to neighbors and donated $200 to his state senate campaign! There is no big deal here no matter how hard the right tries on this one. The big deal is them trying to make Obama look like a Moslem with links to terrorists, thank god it is not going to work. That's what is going on here and you know it Ray.
Here's a bit of irony for you, today McCain released a list of former Ambassadors that support him, on that list is none other than Leonore Annenberg, the current President and Chairman of the Annenberg Foundation and widow of ambassador and philanthropist Walter Annenberg. The irony here is one of the "major" links between Ayers and Obama is they both sat on the board at the Annenberg foundation. So, the President and Chairman of the board endorses McCain yet Obama is linked to terrorists because he sat on the board? McCain's shit is weak man, very weak....
