I see that now Goldilocks. Appolize for the false credit; Sista Irie gets my thanks for the research.
Appreciate the positve feedback. Some of us try to write t'ings others find interesting or at least don't find objectionable.
The/My ramble just happens. There are a number of things I should be doing instead of typing. And one of those will be a case of someone with a 4 month vacation being given a 3 month non-visa landing permit.
I'm not sure the airport workers are allowed to give more than 3 months, and if not, I hope to fix that and improve how the government functions. It's complicated.
Just remember the US said 3 ounce maximum and thus technically everyone with their 3.4 ounce toothpaste was violating the rules.
Problem is, governments, and some people never give credit or acknowledgement when it is due.
Did I ever tell you when the EPA ignored a $35,000 violation offender because they couldn't be bothered?
Or the time I got a copy of a $45,000 Medicate bill as phony as the day is long, and one department directed me to another department, and the 2nd department PROBABLY did squat when I mailed them the details/bill.
Not worth THEIR time, although I thought it was worth MY time.
Further, the EPA ignored my requests for details of what happened, or didn't happen with my original complaint (and documentation!)
