I share everyone's sentiments. I think Dellie's busy trying to make it during the slow period of time. Hard sometimes to make the time to post. I know that is true for me.

I have lots of old photos. I wish I was savvy enough to get them scanned and posted. Like Pete's when it was just a covered area on sand on the beach.

I remember us stopping at Pete's for lunch. We were starving, having not eaten at all, sunburned and at least a little dehydrated.

We asked what he had and he said "everything." We asked about fish, which, of course, he said he had. So we ordered.

And waited and waited and waited. I have the photo of our group, sunburned, surrounded by empty Red Stripes, all of them with their heads on the table waiting.

Finally, we saw a motorbike pull up with a huge fish, still flopping, in a basket. That was lunch.

It was cleaned, cooked and, probably one and one-half hours after we ordered, we had lunch. It was delicious, but I think anything would have been delicious at that point.

We still laugh about that day.
