It would seems like those who pay off there debt are the ones that cause the problems. The truth is it is kinda irony.

The smart guys on WALL STREET have turn the financial sector into a paramid scheme.

They have figure that the more debt they have on there books the more asset that mean. So they did not encourage people to pay there debts.The fact that they could sell those debt easily they went out and encourage more people to take credit because it did not matter if they pay because they knew they where going to sell quickly..

When people pay their debt too fast the asesses drop rapidly and if more people are not coming in fast enough then their comes the problem because the guy getting the money know very well that the other guy holding the debt do not hold a solid debt. So he make sure he dont put back the money in the system.
