OBJECTIVE: TO ALLOW PROPERTY OWNERS TO PATCH IN ENTRANCE WAY INTERNET IP CAMERA INTO VIDEO SHARING NETWORK THAT WILL BE MONITORED BY TWO POLICE OFFICERS STATIONED AT THE NERGIL STATION IN A SURVAILANCE ROOM EQUIPED BY THE NERGIL CLUSTER.
