I didn't pick up on it at the time, but I just watched a replay with McCain saying "horseshit" twice when Obama was discussing his view on meeting with Iranian leaders. That's not very presidential.
I thought McCain looked very angry and defensive. I don't think he made major gaffes, nor did Obama. I'm not sure how many minds were changed, though it is clear to me that Obama and McCain have different world views. Thus, it depends in part on whose world view folks prefer.
McCain harping on Obama saying that both Russia and Georgia should show restraint, seemed silly. Regardless of who is right and wrong, shouldn't world leaders be urging restraint? How is that bad?
Of course, it is just my opinion.....
