It makes no kind of sense whatsoever. If McCain had to be busy with the "fix" in Washington........his running mate should have been out there on the campaign trail in his stead. She SHOULD be questioned, people don't know her and the election is just over a month away! What would they be "saving her" for? If she can't take the HEAT, she needs to get the hell out of the fire. She simply can't be trusted to ACT responsibly campaigning, much less in the White House!
