who is twisting words now? i am disappointed that McCain supported any bail out plan at all...period... and limit my statement to that representation. I have to laugh that now your party and Bush are in bed together....makes them quite the laughing stock...but the Dems had no choice becauase they were not interested in fixing this problem when Bush tried to several yars ago and don't have the balls to do it on their own....they don't need any Repub support as they got Bush on their side. So why all the fuss...Dems are playing political games...they don't want the responsibility of the failure when Bush is gone and they are left holding the bag. And if Obama could fix it as you say, he would have some plan of his own and taking the lead rather than letting other Dems do so.

And the plan won't work...if Obama was the miracle worker you say he is, he would be talking about the real problem...Bill Clinton signed the deregulation bill in 1999 allwoing for the merging of business lines and the problem with the valuaiton issues and finding a way to fix the problems with the instruments. Rather than take the lead now to prove he actually has what it takes (because as per is usualy he is more worried about campaigning) he punted allowing other Dems to take the lead. Wussy. And don't forget, Clinton, as well as Bush tried to address the issue, but Dems by a 2 to 1 margin were not interested. Now they have no choice but to go along with Bush and work a deal with him and leave his name on it to save face later. You crack me up Roger.
